Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, page request, and timestamp. Aggregate use helps maintain the site and identify popular pages. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also use cookies or similar tools where applicable.
How Information Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual readers.
Privacy on Linked Services
County and state portals, archives, libraries, and outside search providers apply their own privacy terms. Information submitted on those services is governed by their policies, including data entered for sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data can depend on where a visitor lives. Research found no broad Idaho consumer-privacy or universal data-broker deletion statute as of August 23, 2026. Idaho instead provides targeted safeguards, including the Address Confidentiality Program in Idaho Code §§19-5701 through 19-5703 and motor-record limits in Idaho Code §49-203. Because we keep little data, a request generally involves checking contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page. Eagle, Ada County, and Idaho public records are controlled by their custodians, so correction or restriction requests must go to the office that holds the record.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
